TORTOISE: THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION

As many of you all would be wondering that why did I symbolize you
INDIAN CONSTITUTION  by a reptiles name, it’s because it is as slow as
TORTOISE. No one is given justice on time, no investigation
Commences soon, WHY??? The unfortunate “MUNIRKA GANG RAPE
CASE” took almost NINE MONTHS to get the accused condemned. If this
is only how the  process of investigation is going to take place, then
I don’t think that any criminal is going to be afraid to commit a crime.
One of the most limiest part of the constitution is that even after being
aware of the criminals, their crime and their age, the criminals are set
free When I say “THE AGE” I mean the “JUVENILES”. Being under
Eighteen is just a way of escaping from a brutal crime’s penalty.
Raju”  who is one of the rapist is going to be set free on 4 June 2013 as
he was 17 years 6 months old when he committed the brutal rape of
DAMINI”.Being Juvenile and committing a crime is a safe escape from
any PSYCHOLOGICALLY ILL execution of crime in INDIA. Why is there NO
FEAR OF THE LAW in INDIA??? If this is only how the accused are going
to be seen I don’t think that India is far away from giving rise to an
Indian “JUNKO FURUTA” or “TED BUNDY”.

The MUNIRKA CASE is no new as similar case occurred in 1997.
The crime took place in Rajasthan University’s J C Bose Hostel. It involved
the names of many prominent politicians’, policemen’s sons
name. The case is still on trials and the victim was again gang raped after 10 years by the same rapists forcing her to take
the F.I.R back.  The law needs to enhanced and modified as soon as
possible. The world, people, thinking and technology has changed
to a lot extent then why not the “SAFETY GUARDS”??? The crimes are
rising and the law is still where it was earlier, If this is the definition of
Safety in India I would love to be unsafe. The constitution requires to
be made in such a way that no girl, woman or any victim fears to
stand against crime. In India at present there are four crore cases
pending, WHY??? India should take bigger step to cover the space
and move ahead faster. I hope that a time comes when everyone
is served justice on time.
